The Deep Geothermal Data Centre (CDGP) is a data center managed by University of Strasbourg, dedicated to the collection, preservation and distribution of data from deep geothermal projects in Alsace (France).

The CDGP distributes various types of data: seismological, hydraulic, geological, etc.


The CDGP is the French national node of the EPOS Thematic Core Service Anthropogenic Hazards (TCS-AH).
This European infrastructure provides open access to multidisciplinary datasets on induced seismicity.
Through the EPISODES Platform, CDGP data are shared with the European scientific community, enabling advanced processing and visualization tools.

GeORG 3D Geological Model —Vendenheim

Dataset in collection Episode: Geoven geothermal project at Vendenheim

The GeORG project provides a 3D geological model of the Upper Rhine Graben. The BRGM distributes the French section, and a 10 km cut‑out around Soultz‑sous‑Forêts was extracted, including major lithological interfaces (Plio‑Quaternary to Hercynian), salt diapirs, and faults.
